IntelliCut is a free AI-powered background removal tool, available at intellicut.com.br. All processing occurs entirely in the user's browser, with no images or data sent to any external server.

By accessing and using IntelliCut, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the service.

IntelliCut may be used for personal and commercial purposes, including:

• Removing backgrounds from personal photos, products, documents, and other lawful content;
• Using the resulting images in creative projects, publications, e-commerce, and institutional materials.

It is expressly prohibited to use IntelliCut to:

• Process images that violate third-party rights, including copyright, image rights, and privacy rights;
• Create, distribute, or promote illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service in ways not covered by these terms.

The IntelliCut brand, logo, design, and source code are the exclusive property of its developers and are protected under Brazilian intellectual property law (Laws No. 9,279/1996 and 9,610/1998).

Processed images belong exclusively to the user who submitted them. IntelliCut claims no rights over the visual content processed on the platform.

The service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability, or freedom from errors. Result quality may vary depending on the image submitted and the user's device capabilities.

IntelliCut is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss, business interruption, or damage to the user's device.

Since all processing occurs entirely in the browser, performance is subject to the hardware and software limitations of the user's own device.

IntelliCut reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. These Terms of Use may also be updated periodically. The date of the last update will always appear at the top of this document.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

Any disputes shall be resolved in the court of the user's domicile, as provided by the Consumer Protection Code.
